Applied Separations now offers ASVision software for simple user interaction with Applied Separations SCF instruments.Easy to use, descriptive screens walk the user through all phases of running the machine. The new software has made monitoring, control and data logging simple and easy.
All interaction with the instrument is performed through selections made on the Main Menu screen.
The Applied Separations, Inc. ASVision application offers monitoring, control, and data logging for the instrument. Some of the features and functionality of the system includes:
All user interaction is performed via a touch panel screen.
Two distinct modes of operation, Operator and Engineering. Engineering mode requires a login password for access.
Visual indication of system parameters in both numeric and graphical form.
Capability for the user to select one of multiple process recipes used to configure various process settings.
Data logging of all process parameters grouped by run number.
As the system is processing a Sequence of Events Log (SOE Log) is generated capturing important system parameters, errors, and warnings that can assist in troubleshooting the system should there be failures.
