Selection of Flangeless and Rimless Cartridges
Today’s fully automated SPE processing systems require an SPE cartridge configuration that has been specially adapted to fit these instruments. Applied Separations’ Flangeless cartridges do not have the flange, or tab that is found at the top of Applied Separations’ Standard SPE cartridge. A full selection of rimless cartridges is also available. |
All three cartridge formats are identical in every other way.
The flangeless and rimless designs allow for closer packing in specialized automated SPE systems, such as the Gilson® SPE215. This format will accommodate 96 x 1mL cartridges, or 48 x 3mL cartridges in the standard 96-well footprint.
- If non-standard sorbents, packing amounts, or cartridge sizes are required, Applied Separations can provide them.
- Empty cartridges with a wide variety of different frit materials are also available.
